A comparative report came out analyzing the practice of 11 Member States in applying the Dublin Regulation.
This research provides a comparative overview of the technical application of the Dublin Regulation in Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The comparative analysis is based on the findings of the reports developed at the national level from each of the project partners as well as through the collection of jurisprudence in each of the those Member States.
